September 14, a brief note:
The last couple of days, my state was really off. Although I spent at least 12 hours studying each day, my actual output was low—I didn’t accomplish much.
It’s better to judge progress by task completion rather than total study time.
I need to adjust my strategy: plan my study based on task volume, not just hours spent.
